Booking modes and house rules

Booking Procedure

Following the submission of the request, we will contact you by phone or via email. In order to ensure maximum comfort during your stay, please specify the number of occupants, their age, and any special requirements.

Payment Conditions:

  • Deposit: 30% of the total at the time of confirmation (non-refundable).

  • Final Payment: to be paid upon arrival at the property.

Minimum Stay

The minimum length of stay is defined based on the booking date:

  • Over 60 days before arrival: minimum 6 nights.

  • Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: minimum 4 nights.

  • Less than 30 days before arrival: no minimum limit required.

Note: During holidays or peak seasons (e.g., August 15th, Christmas, New Year), minimum stay requirements may vary independently of the terms stated above.

House Rules

  • Check-in: from 15:00 to 20:00.

  • Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

  • Tourist Tax: 2 € per night per person.

  • Pets: not allowed inside the property.

  • Prohibitions: organizing parties or events is strictly prohibited.

  • It is not possible to book directly on site for the same day. Reservation requests must be made by phone, email, or through the Gruppo Immobiliare Alta Valle real estate agency at least 24 hours before arrival.

Ottimo posto!!! In auto entro 15 minuti dalla pista da sci. Dietro l'angolo si trovano un accogliente bar e diversi buoni ristoranti. Nessun fastidio da treno/stazione.
Accoglienza molto piacevole e tutto è andato liscio. Consigliatissimo.
